Class Action Waiver: You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you may bring disputes only in your individual capacity and not as a member or representative of any class action, representative action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action. Arbitration or litigation shall be conducted on an individual basis; the arbitrator or judge shall not consolidate disputes involving multiple individuals or entities.
Injunctive Relief: Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking a preliminary injunction or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, when necessary, to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
